American Credit Bureau (ACB) Membership Benefits
As a member of American Credit Bureau (ACB), I can use ACB’s proven flat-fee financial recovery services, which include placing a hard blemish on the credit reports of delinquent accounts.
As a Member, I will NOT be charged a percentage of the money collected. I will only be charged $16.95 per account, and I receive 100% of all the money collected.
I will only pay a monthly Credit Bureau Maintenance fee of $79.95 to be a Member of American Credit Bureau, Inc.
What the $79.95 Monthly Credit Bureau Maintenance Fee Includes
American Credit Bureau will manage and cover the costs of:
- Being able to report to all three credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
- The Credit Bureau reporting process from start to finish, including the Metro2 Format
- The monthly updating of debtors’ accounts for up to seven years
- The deployment of the collection strategy you choose from start to finish
- The debtor vetting process that searches for bankruptcies, deceased, and litigious debtors
- The debtor disputing process from beginning to end, including e-Oscars
- Correcting improper addresses by using the NCOA database
Delinquent Accounts and Credit Blemishes
I understand that if a debtor does not pay their outstanding balance after the third collection letter, the Credit Bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) will be notified, and a credit blemish will be recorded on the debtor’s permanent credit reports.
The credit report blemish will remain on the debtor’s permanent Credit Report for up to 7 years, preventing many debtors from obtaining additional credit until the blemish you had recorded is paid in full.
Ironclad Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason … or for no reason at all … notify ACB within 60 days for a full and prompt refund of all the monthly Credit Bureau maintenance fees you paid.
